Privacy and cookie policy

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email address, your message and your answers to the form questions.
• Lead source, only with your consent: how you arrived on the site, such as the referring website, campaign tags (UTM), ad click identifiers and the landing page.
• Analytics and marketing cookies, only with your consent.
• Technical data needed to deliver the site securely, such as IP address and browser type in server logs.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and taking steps before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Customer relationship management and B2B marketing to company representatives (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Measuring where visitors and leads come from and improving our marketing (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Keeping the site secure and working (legitimate interest).

4. Who receives the data

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Pipedrive (customer relationship management), our website hosting provider and, if you consent, Google (Analytics and Ads) and LinkedIn. We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. In those cases we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiries and lead data are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the possible customer relationship, and are reviewed regularly. Data from consent based cookies is kept for the cookie lifetime set by the provider, at most 24 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send requests to sales@retimeagency.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

8. Cookies and local storage

• Necessary: stores your cookie choice (retime_consent). Always on.
• Analytics: lead source records (retime_attr_first, retime_attr_last) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, if used. Only with consent.
• Marketing: advertising tags such as Google Ads and LinkedIn, if used. Only with consent.
